1. INITIAL CLIENT MEETING
This is an introduction meeting with the client, getting to know you and the project in great detail. We will talk about project scope, deadlines, level of design expectations, budget, and answer any questions.
2. DESIGN BRIEF
An architect will be present, going over the design, theme, and layout. The key objective is to highlight the possibilities of the property while noting any potential limitations.
3. FLOOR PLAN DEVELOPMENT
This is where we turn your design into a blueprint. We incorporate your requirements and goals to produce a custom floor plan within the allowable footprint.
4. ELEVATION DRAWINGS
An exterior elevation will be created for your home, along with a hardscape design as required.
5. MATERIALS & FINISHES
A meeting with the builder, architect and designer to discuss colors, materials, textures, and finishes.
6. BUILD STARTS
Upon completion of construction drawings and receipt of permits, the implementation of the build will commence. The execution will be managed by the builder with ongoing collaboration between clients, designer and architect.
